This lovely villa was one of our first projects, and was built in the year 2002. It is built on a plot size of 40'x60' and is located on the suburbs of Bangalore, where it is surrounded by lush greenery.

The highlight of this project was the amalgamation of design concepts in architecture, and this property boasts of a beautiful garden space all around the villa and on it`s terraces spaces.

Villa 4

This elegant villa is built on a plot size of 45' x 65', with it`s presence in the heart of the city. This property boasts of a double height living space with a water body and a garden. The design is inspired by the earthen palette and contemporary art. 
The ground floor consists of an office space of area 1,500 sft. along with 3 car parks and a remote controlled gate. This building is equipped with integrated smart home technology products. The total area constructed is 5,120 sft.
